Serratto’s Mediterranean cuisine is inspired by the bounty of the Northwest. We have a commitment to using only the best ingredients, natural meats, fresh seafood and locally grown fruits and vegetables.
We buy our produce from local growers including Delta Farms on Sauvie Island, Wells Orchards in Hood River, Amstad Produce from Sherwood OR, J Cerebian & Sons from Milwaukie OR to name only a few. Uncle Paul from Uncle Paul’s produce helps us source the best ingredients seasonally available. We buy our meat and seafood from local farms and suppliers as well, including Painted Hills Beef, Carlton Farms, Anderson Ranches and Newmans’.
Our Chef and his crew change the menu seasonally inspired by the freshest local ingredients available.
All of our desserts are made in house by our pastry chef.
We get our bread from Ken’s Artisan Bakery and Pearl Bakery who we believe share our commitment to quality and well they make great bread.
